Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing my services. I am committed to providing a memorable experience — if you’re not satisfied, here’s what you need to know:
Performance services
Due to the personalized nature of live bagpiping performances and events, refunds are not available once the service has been delivered or performed. However, if you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to discuss a refund or to reschedule.
Lessons and instruction
Refunds for lessons are available if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If a lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a partial refund may be issued, or the session may be rescheduled. No refunds are given after the lesson time has commenced.
Payments and deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are refundable if canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Exceptional circumstances
If I need to cancel a scheduled service or lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling options will be offered.
